Strict No-Smoking & No-Party Policy:
* To ensure the comfort of all residents, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises, including both the interior of the apartment and the balcony. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
* Compulsory Cleaning Fee: an additional fee of R500 cleaning fee needs to be paid 7 days before arrival.
* Check-In Identification: For building security, all guests must present a valid, government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Please note that building access cannot be granted without official identity verification.
