* To ensure the comfort of all residents, smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises,  including both the interior of the apartment and the balcony. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted.
* Compulsory Cleaning Fee: an additional fee of R500 cleaning fee needs to be paid 7 days before arrival.
* Check-In Identification: For building security, all guests must present a valid, government-issued photo identification upon arrival. Please note that building access cannot be granted without official identity verification.

Directions:

Directions from Cape Town International Airport to 29 Chiappini Street, De Waterkant The drive should take about 18 minutes (19.5 km) via the N2 in normal traffic. Leaving the Airport (2.3 km) 1. Head towards Freight Road for about 64 m. 2. Exit the roundabout onto Airport Approach Road and go for 290 m. 3. Keep right to stay on Airport Approach Road for another 1.9 km as you head towards the highway. Step 2: Cruising on the N2 (16.4 km) 4. Merge onto the N2 and stay on it for 14.5 km as you head towards the mountain. 5. Keep going as the road becomes Nelson Mandela Boulevard for 1.2 km. 6. Make sure you use the right lane to merge onto Nelson Mandela Blvd/N1/N2 for the final 700 m stretch into the city centre. Step 3: Arriving in De Waterkant (850 m) 7. Continue straight onto Buitengracht Street (M62) for about 500 m. 8. Turn right onto Somerset Road (M61) and drive for 190 m. 9. Take your first right at the cross street onto Chiappini Street. Drive for 140 m, and you will see Metropolis (Number 29) on your right! Guests will receive detailed access instructions for the lock box upon booking confirmation
